Typically this would be aone day programme but when adapted to two days offer a wider range of interaction opportunities

Show what is it ?

It is a process of working together to rapidly and clearly develop a high performing team that can get straight down to the job in hand

What does it involve?

Team building - get to know each other, how you tend to work and how you will work together on the project

Technical skills development - making sure everyone has a good grasp of how the project will be designed and delivered

Soft skills development - making sure everyone has a good grasp of Change Management principles

Personal development - an opportunity for each individual to explore how they will contribute to the project and what they will draw form it

Co-created planning - while everyone is in the room we like to use the oppotunity to develop some of the project plans, so everyone contributes and feels involved

Thinking about measuring success, both within the team and the project as a whole

Considering how the project will end, the exit strategy for the products as well as the individuals on the team
