Adrian from Emergent Change has a calm and methodical manner that exudes capability and trust. He is a personable and understated character, easily able to shrink into the background. This coupled with the occasionally direct and probing questions, forces you to think about what it is you are really trying to describe. I was a member of the board of trustees of a charity which had found itself in a forced state of change. Conflicts of interest and trust were acknowledged as key issues, both at Board and Management level. The nature of the relationships such that I found myself quite personally conflicted.
